we accept returns up to 3 days after the date of delivery.

returned items must be in satisfactory condition and we are not responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping the return.
once the return has arrived to us and the item has been reviewed, you will be refunded the full value minus a 20% restocking fee within 14 days.

how do I clean my rug?
our rugs are handmade from 100% acrylic yarn and a non slip felt backing and are not suitable for machine washing.
as they are handmade, some natural shedding should be expected over time. for regular maintenance the rugs can be vacuumed on high pile while any spills should be spot cleaned immediately with a damp cloth.
can I cancel my order?
once an order is placed, we work quickly to package and send your rug so if you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at hello@houseofbaby.studio.
we will try our best to accommodate your request however are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
